HistoryIn 2004, in response to client needs for long-term, on-site environmental assistance, Trinity formed On Demand EnvironmentalTM. Pat Delamater, an environmental consulting veteran, was selected to spearhead this initiative and capitalize on the long-term relationships established by both himself and Trinity Consultants with EH&S managers industry-wide. On Demand initially provided experienced EH&S personnel for extended on-site assignments to fill the gap created by increasing workload and staff shortages. Since its inception, On Demand widened its services to include personnel for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire assignments.
From the beginning, On Demand Environmental has been remarkably successful, assisting with nearly 100 EH&S direct hire opportunities. Originally handling environmental needs, On Demand has expanded successfully into the health and safety market.
