EHS Supervisor [RW-11736]

A leading heavy industrial manufacturing company is looking to hire an EHS Supervisor to support a single site in the Hagerstown, MD area. This position reports to the Plant Manager with a dotted line to the EHS Director and is responsible for overseeing organizational compliance with local, state and federal safety regulations.  

The Role: 

• Influences regional and local stakeholders to drive the safety performance
• Accountable for preparing and managing Safety documentation for each location
• Monitors changes to all EHS regulations and conducts regular risk assessments
• Supports company interface with regulatory authorities for regulatory visits
• Delivers training to new hires and vested employees

The Candidate: 

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• 3+ years of experience in Safety positions
• Experience within a complex manufacturing environment  
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team environment and communicate at all levels
• Experience with safety-related administrative duties including paperwork and organizational skills
