In line with the EHS strategic approach, this is a key role responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) process, systems and databases related to several core EHS activities. Specifically responsible for collection, analysis and management reporting on EHS related data and metrics for the Region as well as local EHS coordination of our Budapest office location.
Essential Functions: 
EHS Senior Analyst - Regional EHS Responsibilities
  • Update the regional and business EHS scorecard on a monthly basis.
  • Produce monthly EHS management reports for EMEA.
  • Plan and prepare for regular regional EHS communications such as webinars and update calls.
  • Work with communication to promote EHS activities through various new and existing media streams.
  • Develop and maintain the EHS SharePoint site and communicate change to the EHS community.
  • Coordinate and maintain the EMEA EHS procedures and guidelines ensuring regular review and updates.
  • Coordinate and maintain the machine guarding, electrical test equipment, and other critical databases.
  • Undertake regular trending and analysis of EHS incidents.
  • Measure EHS system deployment and track other EHS performance indicators.
  • Coordinate and maintain the EHS assessment/audit schedules and assessor lists.
  • Coordinate the EHS training program and maintain the training courses.
  • Be the go-to person for EHS reporting and produce regular and ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Coordinates specific projects and programs as required.
Budapest Business Service Center - Facility EHS Responsibilities
  • Lead facility EHS action plan and volunteer EHS team to ensure regulatory compliance, capture and report EHS data and drive continuous improvement in the office environment.
  • Support the local leadership team, employees, and 3rd party facility providers in EHS aspects to ensure a role model site.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following or related disciplines: Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Safety, industrial Hygiene, or Chemistry. 
  • In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of experience in the EHS field
  • Basic comprehension of relevant company and legal EHS requirements.
  • Strong spoken and written English language skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Expert in MS office programs including MS SharePoint
