  • Undergraduate degree in environmental engineering preferred. 
  • Equivalent experience in a construction related position will also be considered.
  • 5 years’ experience in an environmental management capacity.
  • Experience with FDEP, CERPA, USACE and Fish and Wildlife Permits.
  • SWPPP Reporting Experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be well organized and able to read construction plans and specifications.
  • Wildlife monitoring experience a plus.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • The ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environment.
  • Prior experience working with the Corps of Engineers.
  • Prior experience managing a quality control program.

  • SWPPP Inspections & Reporting.
  • Wildlife Monitoring & Reporting.
  • Writing Reports.
  • Must be familiar with Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, Spill Prevention Control Countermeasure Plans, and other typical construction permits (water quality, dust control, land use).
  • Should be familiar with spill response procedures and clean up protocols.
  • Develops, maintains, and verifies implementation of the Quality programs for the company.
  • Manages and coordinates Quality activities associated with field engineering, field procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning within the Project scope.
  • Maintains client liaison and communication for company’s quality activities.
  • Reviews, audits and surveys Quality activities and reports to management quality problems and progress across the organization.
