ESIS HSE will be the preferred provider of HSE consulting and compliance services in the unbundled market while maintaining our underwriting and loss control capabilities to support Chubb. We are seeking a Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Administration professional with 0-5 years’ experience. 

  • Coordinate onsite ergonomic assessments with employees and ergonomic professionals on a global scale
  • Quality assurance and data entry of ergonomic assessment reports
  • Procure ergonomic equipment and coordinate with facilities team for installation
  • Source ergonomic and first aid/CPR equipment for global sites
  • Maintain equipment and invoice spreadsheets
  • Correspond with employee’s regarding their ergonomic profile
  • Coordinate AED/CPR and First Aider training for global sites
  • Coordinate other health and safety needs
  • Assist with other outsourcing projects
  • Provide excellent service to all clients, including prompt and detailed responses
  • Manage global ergonomics client email box(es)
  • Communicate with employees about ergonomic needs


  • Achieve individual revenue goal requirements
  • Deliver services and product within client-specified deadlines
  • Assist in account expansion of HSE services and products as directed by the Environmental Compliance and Outsourcing Business Unit Leader 

  • Four year college degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient with MS Office software products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and work independently
  • Proven ability to work within a project team to provide consulting solutions 
  • Willingness to travel (less than 10%)
